Delivery and Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your fresh, wood-pressed and stone-ground staples to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how shipping and delivery work at Kripashi FreshRoots.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India. Delivery to certain remote or restricted pin codes may take longer or, in rare cases, may not be available — you’ll be notified at checkout if this applies to your address.

Order Processing Time

Many of our products are milled, pressed or packed fresh to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and handed over to our courier partner.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster (3–4 days), while remote areas may take up to 7–10 days.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account → Orders.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve it quickly — see our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for next steps.
